We want you to enjoy the activity you choose. So to help you pick the right one we would like you to know that these activities are physically demanding and some are more challenging than others. Some are perfect for family days out.
The extreme activities are for people with a good level of fitness and no mobility issues. We are happy to advise you and help you chose the right level of activity, we can also tailor some activities to make them harder or easier, depending on what you want get out of your day.
We also offer combo days where you can chose two extreme activities and do them in one day. We can help you chose the best two activities to complete in one day.
